Having high resilience is one of the essential components in controlling social crises such as military war, psychological war, and in improving social relations. This research, with an interdisciplinary approach, explains resilience as a central construct in managing social crises (military, psychological) and improving social relations from the perspectives of Islam and social psychology. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method, and the data collection method is based on reviewing library and theoretical documents and experimental and field research. The key findings and strategies for strengthening resilience are as follows: 1. Correcting cognitive beliefs; 2. Spiritual communication (God-oriented); 3. Strengthening self-awareness; 4. Self-control in interactions; 5. Good verbal/non-verbal communication; 6. Social intimacy; 7. Attention to differences and oversights. Resilience, by combining psychological strategies (e.g., cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation) and Islamic concepts (patience, trust, and negligence), serves as a springboard for overcoming crises. This duality both strengthens national cohesion in crises and improves social interactions at the micro level. The research suggests that educational programs based on these seven strategies should be implemented at the individual and societal levels.
