Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the role of the Islamic Revolution in the growth and development of Islamic psychology. The method used in this study was descriptive-analytical. For this purpose, first, the historical background and background of Islamic psychology in other countries were examined. In fact, the research on the background of Islamic psychology dates back to the 1960s and 1970s and the Islamization of the humanities in Pakistan, Egypt and Malaysia. However, the role of the Islamic Revolution in the growth and development of Islamic psychology has been very significant. In this study, the role of the Islamic Revolution on Islamic psychology has been categorized into five axes: motivational, supportive/facilitative, educational, content production and international. Also, theoretical activities and orientations related to Islamic psychology since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution were analyzed and examined, and finally six distinct stages were identified and the main concerns of researchers in each stage were identified.
