The present study aimed to explain psycho-spiritual investment based on the Holy Quran, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative section, a religious-psychological inference method was employed. The population for this section consisted of verses from the Holy Quran, with an emphasis on Tafsir al-Mizan and related interpretative traditions. The population for the quantitative section included experts and experienced specialists, as well as scholars from the Qom Seminary with expertise in Islamic issues and psychologists holding a doctorate in psychology. The research findings indicated: a) Contrary to many psychologists who consider psychological investment to be unidirectional, psychological investment is bidirectional; b) Psychological investment is explained within the framework of a monotheistic perceptual system and with a spiritual approach; c) The inseparable link between this world and the afterlife, and the demystification of the world and others, leads to proper investment in them; d) The world and others, as the most important subjects of psycho-spiritual investment, create the ground for the individual's psychological transformation and are the greatest capital for psycho-spiritual transformation; e) Healthy investment leads to personality integration and the unification of the individual's psychological system, while unhealthy investment in self-made and transient supports threatens the coherence of the psychological system with psycho-spiritual conflict; f) Quranic teachings, by emphasizing the key role of pure intention and righteous deeds in creating psycho-spiritual capital, add an active and dynamic dimension to the concept of investment; g) An entity can become the subject of psycho-spiritual investment if it genuinely and truly possesses perfect characteristics such as being imperishable, always accessible, etc.; h) God is the only worthy subject for healthy psycho-spiritual investment.
