The purpose of this study was to present a model of Islamic lifestyle based on the lived experiences of religiously satisfied couples. This research was conducted using a grounded theory method based on semi-structured interviews with Strauss and Corbin’s approach to develop a paradigmatic model. The study reached saturation after fourteen interviews. A total of 267 meaningful statements were identified under 77 open codes, 14 axial codes, and 4 selective codes. The indicators of Islamic lifestyle among religiously satisfied couples emerged from self-control, optimal choice, respectful relationships, systematic economic consumption, and purposeful cultural consumption. The contextual factors included categories of religious and faith-based tendencies, God-centeredness, and the cultivation of moral values rooted in religion. Three categories were identified: cohesive family structure, effective interpersonal relationships between spouses, and alignment of value, belief, and structural systems between spouses. Strategies for realizing the Islamic lifestyle encompassed personal, familial, and social development, as well as achieving a sense of security and tranquility. The outcomes of the Islamic lifestyle of religiously satisfied couples were highlighted. Based on the lived experiences of these couples, a model of Islamic lifestyle was proposed to foster family growth and excellence, ensure continuity accompanied by satisfaction, and ultimately guide society toward Hayat Tayyiba (a virtuous life).
