The present study aimed to investigate the role of spiritual health dimensions in predicting mood disorders and sense of coherence among female high school students in Qaen. This research employed a descriptive-correlational design. The statistical population consisted of all female students in the second level of high school in Qaen. Based on Krejcie and Morgan’s table, 285 participants were selected through cluster sampling. Data were collected using the Spiritual Well-Being Scale (Paloutzian & Ellison, 1982), the Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scales (DASS; Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995), and the Sense of Coherence Scale (Antonovsky, 1987). Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation and regression analysis in SPSS-23. The results indicated a significant negative correlation between spiritual health dimensions and mood disorders, with existential well-being serving as a significant predictor of mood disorders. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation was found between spiritual health dimensions and sense of coherence, with existential well-being also predicting the sense of coherence. Spiritual health is an often neglected dimension within the education system, and the findings of this study may contribute to enhancing spiritual well-being among students, a vulnerable population.
